Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
- Returns accepted for incorrect items or size-related exchanges
- Returns for change of mind are accepted as store credit
Return Options
- Exchange for a different size
- Store credit valid for 12 months
Return Process
- Log in to your account at www.herheelsofficial.com
- Navigate to “My Orders” and select “Request Return”
- Submit your order number and, if applicable, photo evidence for faulty or incorrect items
- Once approved, return the item within 5 business days
Return Shipping
- One free return shipping per order available for customers in Australia, the USA, and New Zealand
- Additional exchanges: return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- For all other countries, return shipping is at the customer's expense
Processing
- Store credit or exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
- Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty or your return qualifies under consumer law
